Advent World uses the minimum data needed to provide accounts, saved libraries, progress, downloads, purchases, notifications, and optional personalization. We do not sell personal data or prayer content.

Account data may include email, display name, preferences, saved content, playlists, progress, device sessions, notification choices, and purchase entitlement status. Payment-card details are handled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or an approved checkout provider and are never stored by Advent World.

Prayer entries are kept in protected storage on this device and are not currently synced to Advent World cloud services. Full prayer or journal text is excluded from analytics and error events. Biometric access, when enabled, is checked on your device.

Supabase supports authentication, database, functions, and protected media. RevenueCat supports purchase entitlements. Apple and Google handle native store payments; Stripe handles supported web checkouts and support payments. Expo supports application services and push notifications. Vercel hosts the web app. Resend processes email addresses and message content to deliver emails sent by Advent World.

Optional email updates require your consent. You can change your email preferences in the app or use the unsubscribe link in an optional update. Push notifications follow your selected categories and quiet hours. We store notification device tokens, consent and preference records, and delivery status records to manage these choices and troubleshoot delivery. A provider acceptance or delivery status does not confirm that you read a message.

Live activity sharing is off by default and can be enabled or disabled in Privacy & data on each device. When enabled while signed in, Supabase stores a short-lived session snapshot of your platform, current published media, playback state, and latest playback-issue time. Authorized analytics administrators can see your display name and current activity, but not your email or precise location in this dashboard. Disconnected sessions leave the live list after about one minute. Snapshots older than 24 hours are deleted when new activity arrives. Native crash and login-failure reporting are not part of this feature.

Location is requested only when you choose local Sabbath sunset times and is not retained as a child-location profile. Notifications are opt-in by category and can be changed at any time.

You can disable personalization, clear listening history, export available account data, sign out devices, or permanently delete your account from Settings. Some purchase records may remain with app stores as required by law.

The family collection has no ads, public child profiles, messaging, or child location tracking. Age filters are adult listening suggestions, not independent child accounts or formal content ratings.
